Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders within 24 working hours. You will receive a tracking number for your order within 24 hours from the time of shipment. These e-mails are sent automatically, if you do not receive the notification, please check the spam folder before contacting

En. Ro. Orders made over the weekend or public holidays will be sent on the next business day. Orders can be delayed by factors outside our control.En. Ro It is not responsible for any delays and / or damage caused in transit by the postal service, by the courier or by the customs agencies. Domestic orders (Italy) will be delivered by GLS within 2/3 working days. International orders will be delivered by standard GLS and delivery times vary depending on the position, but usually no more than 5/7 working days.

Deliveries on holidays:

Winter season • If you wish to receive your articles before the holidays, place the order by December 19 before 15:00. Any order subsequent to that date will be delivered on 27 or 28 December.

Summer season • All orders subsequent 1:00 pm of the August 9th will be processed on 19 August

Returns & changes

You can return any clothing, footwear and accessories ordered within 30 days of delivery for the exchange or refund, as long as the item is not worn and is new, with all the labels and / or packaging attached. Footwear must be returned in the original packaging. All returns must be authorized by e-mail or telephone before shipment. Returned items without authorization can be refused to delivery.

Payments & Costs

We accept payments with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. Occasionally, we may request more information to verify your identity. In this case we will contact you via e-mail or by phone. We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason. While we work hard to keep the prices viewed on from time to time, there may be mistakes. In case of inaccuracy in the price of the order, we will contact you by e-mail before shipping to correct the error.
